Your privacy is important to us. It is Juniper Consulting SL’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you through our app, Juniper KPI (the “App”). The goal of this privacy policy is to answer the many questions or concerns that you may have as a user when using the App.

  • What is the objective of the data retrieval and processing?

We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide services to you through the App. We collect any information under this policy by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.

  • What data do you collect?

We will collect the following data to facilitate the use of the App and verify the proper access your Company’s intranet:

 

  • 1. Your intranet URL, username and login;
  • 2. The date of login
  • 3. The data that you have accessed within the app itself
  • 4. Your IP Address
  • 5. Device unique identifier.
  • 6. Device type and settings, operating system, and application version number.

 

  • How long do we keep the data?

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

  • Who do we share the data with?

We will not send your personal data to third parties, unless a law forces us to do so, or if you approve us to do so, beforehand.

To render you an appropriate service and manage the relationship that we have with you as a customer, in addition to your employer / the company whose intranet you are using the App to access, the following companies that participate with JUNIPER CONSULTING could access your personal data:

  • Do we transfer your data to other countries?

Our app will link to your company’s intranet site, and may link to other sites that are not controlled by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content in the intranet specifically, or the content and practices of external sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for any respective privacy policies.

  • What are your rights regarding our facilitating your data?

You should know that by processing your personal data, you have a series of rights that we will explain next:

 

  • When the legitimation basis for the data processing is based on your approval, you have the right to withdraw such approval at any moment.
  • You may request access to all your personal data that we process (right of access).
  • You will have the right to rectify your data, either because it is incorrect or because of a change (right of rectification).
  • Similarly, you may request to delete your data when the contractual agreement has ended. In various circumstances, the deletion will not be completed due to the existing legislation that forces us to keep such data for a period of five years (right of cancellation).
  • You have the right to request not to use your personal data (right of opposition). You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with desired services or use of the App.
  • You may also request to limit the processing of your data in the following cases (right to limit the processing):
    • During the study objection of your incorrect data
    • If the processing is legitimate, but you oppose to the data suppression.
    • When we do not need to process your data, but you need these to exercise or defend your right against possible claims.
    • If you oppose to the data processing pleading public or legal interest, while we are analyzing if our purposes for the processing prevail over other interests.
  • Finally, you will have the right to receive your personal data from us in an electronic format, so that it may be manageable for you (right of portability).

 

  • Is my data secured?

In JUNIPER CONSULTING SL we retrieve, process and store your data applying information security policies and rules. These security measures apply to both, the information in electronic format and the one in paper, and guarantees the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your data. Should any event or incident that compromises your data arise, we will communicate the incident to you as soon as possible.

  • Have I consented to your use of the data?

This privacy policy is posted in the App Store or Google Play Store, as well as imbedded within the App and the App Terms and Conditions. To access the App you will be / were asked if you consent to the terms of this policy. Your continued use of our App will be regarded as acceptance of our practices around privacy and personal information.
